Conversion of the value of work done into shares:
For the value of any work done for Better Statistics to be eligible for conversion into shares, the work must directly support the aims of the community company and be invoiced in accordance with normal commercial terms.
Additionally, all shares issued are required to be approved unanimously by the board of directors.
